EVENT PLANNING 101: Time is money, so plan ahead and pay attention to details. When it’s go time, be prepared. If something doesn’t go as planned, be ready for that too.

I love photo, video, and commercial production management. Full stop.

It’s all the behind the scenes details that energize me: coordination of crew, finding talent, and securing locations. These unheralded aspects of production management take a lot of planning. And if we do it right and plan appropriately, when shooting begins, everything runs smoothly. That’s the goal.

In the past 20 years, I’ve done video production events with animals, children, children who behave like animals, governors, CEOs, sports teams, fire, food, and green screens.  I’ve recreated an Easter celebration in October, traveled to the bottom of a copper mine, shot in warehouses, homes, airports, farms, and city streets.
